At first Lorde was not impressed with the "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer, but she seems to have changed her tune. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone she said Swift, 24, is one of the only artists with a "real teenage voice.” “There are very few of us," she continued. "The other teenagers sing other people's songs, which is fine, but it's not an authentic teenage experience."

'And you know... We're on each other's team,' Taylor Swift tweeted this photo of her pal on Sunday at the Grammys with the hashtag #CLEANINGUP referring to Lorde's wins.
She and 24-year-old beau, James Lowe, who is of Chinese descent, were photographed in November on vacation together. Lorde opened up to the music mag in the same interview about people's critical reactions to the pics. "When I heard about the photos, I was like, 'Now there will be a bunch of people on the Internet talking about what my ass looks like.'" Instead, the haters compared him to the "Chinese exchange student from '16 Candles'” and “Chinese leader Mao Tse Tung."
